Too often, We have seen Leaders dodge, throw their men under the bus, throw the weight of their position here and there, and lead from a place of ego, instead of leading from a place of service when Things go bad.
You are privileged to be in a position where you can direct, shape and focus people's potential for a specific outcome. When you are given the responsibility to lead, you are given a tremendous opportunity to positively impact the lives of many; A responsibility you should never take lightly.
