We are a Team because we respect, trust and care for each other. Change in the workplace creates uncertainty, stress and anxiety among the employees affected as well as the Business Leaders implementing the change. Unfortunately, this inevitably impacts on employee Motivation and performance. Employee engagement and workplace success are more likely if you Motivate your Team. Motivation is an intrinsic part (changing oneself from within) as opposed to an external part of Team building (external rewards) and is a challenge for most Team Business Leaders.
