Is your Anger Disrupting Your Relationships?
💔Anger is not only damaging to others but to the self as well.
💔When we are Angry both our actions and words become harsh.
👉The more we let this bitterness out, the more we wound others and wound our #Relationship.
🎤Most of the time, people become Angry because:
👉things didn't go the way they want,
👉there is a difference of opinion or
👉the other person didn't meet their expectations.
🎤When we are Angry:
💔we lose the sense of thinking logically and rationally.
💔 We become inconsiderate and insensitive.
💔We try to use words that are hurtful and wound others.
🎤 Your Relationship may or may not last but the wound lasts for a long time.
🎤If you are Angry:
❤️move away from that person or situation.
💜Practice silencing your calming your mind.
💚 Learn to accept situations and people.
Above all,
💙remind yourself that the first damage you do when you are Angry is to yourself.
