Our Co-Founder is an Entrepreneur who works with one or more other Co-Founders to establish and direct the activities of of the Business StartUp. This is a Dynamic Role with Responsibilities that can include identifying market Opportunities and products that can fill a specific niche, developing Business plans and forecasts, and participating in early marketing activities to build brand awareness and excitement for StartUp
Co-founders are excellent big-picture thinkers who are essential to driving a company’s early Successes. They also need to be practical and hands-on as they lead product development and bring new products to the market.
Roles and Responsibilities of our Co-Founder
Identify Market Opportunities
Manage Product Development
Head and Direct Marketing and Promotion Team
Develop Promotion Estimates
Create Business Plans and Documents
Build and Lead Teams

Co-Founder Responsibilities:
Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Online Zoom / GoogleMeet Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through Positive and Professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Leading a team of junior Human Resource Managers. Ability to give PPT Presentations On Zoom.
Knowledge of Social Media.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
