Personal Details - You have to provide your name, father's name, residential address, date of birth etc.

Declaration of Date – It is very important to clearly mention the date of preparation of your Will.

Validate free will - You can state that you are not under any influence and that you have not been forced by anyone to prepare this will.

Provide executor details - The executor is the person who will execute/execute your will. So, clearly mention his name, address, your relationship with him, age etc.
